If you encounter an error while attempting to upload a new digital ROS certificate, it may be due to file access issues or an incorrect naming convention.

To resolve this issue, please check the following:

  1. Check that the file is stored locally on your device and not in OneDrive, as permissions can affect access. If necessary, move the certificate to a local folder, such as your desktop.

  2. Verify that the file extension aligns with Revenue's requirements, i.e., .p12.bac or .p12.

πŸ€“Tip: For example, a file named XXX.p12 (1).bac is incorrect.

  3. Check that the digital certificate does not contain any spaces in its name or in its file path.

If none of the above resolve the issue, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
