If you have generated and transferred your RTI file but the XML response file shows an error message, the issue likely stems from incorrect data related to the company-level username or password.
To resolve this, follow the steps in the relevant section below.
Portal
Click Settings then under Company Parameters, click Organisations.
From the Code drop-down menu, select the relevant organisation code.
Under Revenue Details, check the validity of the data in the following fields:
Sender ID
RTI Username
RTI Password
Back Office
Click CorePay then click Reference.
Click Corporate Menu then click Organisations .
To select the relevant organisation code, in the Code field, click the query
icon.Under Revenue Details, review the validity of the data in the following fields:
Sender ID
RTI Username
RTI Password
