If an employee appears dormant in personnel but still shows as active in the Payroll Dashboard, it is because their leave date is in the past.
This past leave date triggers the change to dormant status in Personnel, but it has not yet been processed in PeopleXD Payroll. Once you run the complete update, the status in the Payroll Dashboard will change to dormant.
If necessary, you can update the employee's leaving date. After running the complete update, if the status does not change, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article and the leaver's name.
