Steps to re-generate a third party paypath file in Back Office.

Resetting a third-party paypath file involves refreshing or reconfiguring the data exchange mechanism between your payroll system and an external payroll service provider.

This process is necessary when data transmission errors occur, file corruption is detected, or synchronisation issues arise between the internal system and the third-party provider.

This action should be done immediately upon identifying data transmission failures and before processing the next payroll cycle.

๐Ÿ“ŒNote: If you use Portal, follow these steps below.

To do this, follow the steps below in Back Office.

  1. Click Core Pay then click Employee.

  2. Click Employee deduction then click Third Party EFT

  3. Select Reset Third Party EFT then enter the company and start date.

    ๐Ÿค“Tip: The start date is the processing date.

  4. Tick the Reset togle then click Reports.

  5. This will enable you to re-generate the file again.
