To create a PayPath processing file containing payroll data for efficient processing and submission to your payment system, follow the steps below.

You need to apply this whenever you need to prepare and submit employee payment data to your payment system.

To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Click CorePay then click Update.

  2. Click Create Bank File.

    πŸ“ŒNote: There should only be one user in this screen at any given time. Otherwise, the screen will lock and the bank file will not generate.

  3. Enter the Company.

  4. Click the Processing Date field then enter the processing date.

    πŸ€“Tip: The Pay Group(s) to be processed will display.

  5. If required, select Exclude Pay Group for any pay group that should not be included.

  6. Click Browse, and select the location the bank file will be created in.

  7. Select the required Bank Name.

  8. Click the PRINT icon to generate the bank file.

    • The progress bar and 'Payments to be Processed' will build as the job runs.

    • An on-screen notification will be received once bank file has been successfully created
