To update the description field for a position reference in your system, modify the position descriptions to reflect accurate job classifications, maintain up-to-date organisational structures, and capture changes in role responsibilities and requirements.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you use Portal, follow these steps.

To edit the description, follow the steps below.

  1. Click CorePay then click Reference.

  2. Click Position References then enter the position code.

  3. To edit click the query icon.

  4. Edit the description then click the save icon.
