To update the description field for a position reference in your system, modify the position descriptions to reflect accurate job classifications, maintain up-to-date organisational structures, and capture changes in role responsibilities and requirements.

To edit the description, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Settings then under Pay Rates, click Position Reference.

  2. Edit the relevant description field then click Save.
