Take note of existing cumulatives
Click Manage Payroll then highlight the relevant pay group.
Click the Inputs tab then click Manage Payroll Employees.
Beside the relevant employee, click VIEW.
Click Year to Date Cumulatives then take a screenshot or note the details.
Cancel a payment from a previous period
Click Manage Payroll then highlight the relevant pay group.
Click the Inputs tab then click General.
Click Cancel Payment then select the employee reference.
Enter the payroll period the payment is due to be cancelled for.
Enter the pay group reference then click OK.
Review adjusted cumulative figures
Click Manage Payroll then highlight the relevant pay group.
Click the Inputs tab then click Manage Payroll Employees.
Beside the relevant employee, click VIEW.
Click Year to Date Cumulatives then review the figures.
Step 4 - Issue a manual payment
Click Manage Payroll then highlight the relevant pay group.
Click the Inputs tab then click General.
Click Issue Manual Payments tile then enter the employee reference.
Complete the relevant details in the first section then click Add.
Enter the pay code's values and appointment ID for each payment to be paid.
Click Nett Pay then enter the NI/PRSI information.
Click Save.
