If you see the above error message when submitting the complete update job, this is because the complete update (PAY355) job has already run for the period or the payroll is still at the Input stage. To resolve this, follow the steps below in back office.
Click CorePay then click Reference.
Click Pay Groups.
In the Pay Group Code field, enter the pay code.
To query the code, click the query
icon.
Check the following:
Payroll Period
Input Period
Completed Input
Completed update
Re-run the Generate Salaries and Allowances (PAY290) or Run Payroll Update (PAY300) job as appropriate.
