Retrieving payroll reports after Complete Update has been run

Guidelines on how to retrieve payroll reports after the complete update has been run, even if you forgot to save them.

In some cases, you may have limited access to payroll reports if they weren’t downloaded before running the Complete Update job and finalising payroll. These reports are only temporarily available immediately after payroll is closed.

For example, a payroll report from six months ago cannot be retrieved. To check which reports are still accessible:

  1. Go to the View Gross to Nett screen to see if any reports are currently available for generation.

  2. If no reports are available, please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article. Our team will investigate retrieving the reports on your behalf.

📌Note: Retrieval is not always possible and cannot be guaranteed. We strongly advice you download the necessary reports before running the Complete Update.

The following reports can be retrieved from the background:

  • Payroll complete update controls totals.

  • Employee pre-final update pay listing (second half only).

  • Employee gross high/low.
