When an employee who has left is being paid, the system utilizes the code entered in the Temp Rejoiner/P46 field on the Statutory Pay Parameters screen as the employee's PAYE code, such as 0T.
An employee is considered to have left when their secondary status is marked as dormant (Z).
This status does not impact the calculation of their pay.
