If you attempt to load an RPN for an employee and encounter the following error message, it indicates that information about the absence of an exclusion order against the employee record is missing.
To ensure this value is recorded correctly in the Portal, follow the steps below.
πNote: If there is an active exclusion order in place, keep it as is, and an RPN will not be retrieved.
Click Employee then in the search field, search for employee.
Beside the relevant employee, click VIEW then click Tax Details.
Turn on the P35 Levy Exclusion toggle then turn it off again.
Click Save.
