Configure organisations

Create a new organisation or company from the Payroll dashboard.

Configuring organisations involves setting up and defining organisational structures, hierarchies, and parameters within the system to accurately reflect your business setup.

To help you configure organisations, watch the video or follow the steps below.

  1. Click Settings then under Company Parameters,click Organisations.

  2. From the Code drop-down menu, select the company you want to duplicate.

  3. Click Copy Company then enter a company code.

  4. Click OK then update the fields as required, including the new address and Revenue details.

  5. From the Select Detail drop-down menu, select an option to navigate to the configuration screens. Some of these screens can also be accessed using the Settings widget:

    • Payroll Parameters - shortcut to the General Settings screen.

    • Payroll Calendar - shortcut to the Calendars screen.

    • Miscellaneous Parameters - shortcut to the Other General Settings screen.

    • Bonus Parameters - opens the bonus parameters pop-out.

  6. Click Save to save any changes on these screens.
