If you generate the EHECS Return and figures are outputting as zero such as total hours paid is displaying as 0 for both full-time and part-time employees, this is because of a missing configuration.
To resolve this, follow the steps below in Back Office.
Click CorePay then click Core CSO.
Click EHECS/NES then click Generate NES Return.
From the select detail dropdown, select 03 - Pay Group/CBR Number.
For the relevant pay group, ensure the details are set up correctly here, ie CBR Number, Weekly Hours, Hourly/Daily, etc.
Once these have been confirmed and filled out for the pay group, regenerate the EHECS Return.
