If the pension auto enrolment system is unable to postpone individuals for 12 weeks or 3 months, this is because of the pension rules in place.
To review the auto enrolment pension rules, follow the steps below in Portal.
Click Settings then under UK Tax Rates, click General.
Scroll down then click Auto Enrolment.
From the Options drop-down menu, select 06.-Pension Rules.
Click the Postpone Pension tab.
From the Reference Item drop-down menu, select Company.
Enter the period for each company then click Save.
