The RPN is applied and validated to an employee's record during the Validation Stage (PAY140) of payroll.
For example, if one pay group is at the run payroll update stage (PAY300), the RPN details used for payroll validation will also be applied during the Payroll Update. Any revenue updates from the latest RPN download will not take effect until a Payroll Validation is performed.
📌Note: The RPN details will not be lost; they will simply remain inactive until the validation job is run again for that pay group.
