If you run the GL in Back Office and encounter the following error, it means that the user lacks access to the drive where the file is being saved.
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below.
Click CorePay then click Reference.
Click Advanced Reference Features then Reference D-J.
Click GL Parameters then in the Select Detail drop down menu, select File Association.
Enter the pay group then check the file location.
On your computer, navigate to this location.
If you cannot access this location, contact your IT department to request full read/write access.
