Once you've processed your payroll year end before you start processing in the new tax year, you need to configure your RTI payment pay codes, car benefits and apprenticeship levy configuration.
RTI payment pay code
To ensure you can report on the relevant RTI payment types, follow the steps below.
Click Settings then click General.
Click RTI then from the Select Detail drop-down menu, select Payment Pay Codes.
Enable the relevant toggles then click Save.
