Enable P45 on Native App

Steps to enable p45 on the native app.

To allow access to the P45 function on the Native App, you will need to enable some menu options under your relevant menu profile.

To enable the menu options, follow the steps below in portal.

⚠️Important: The leaver will need access to the leaver's profile to view and download their P45.

  1. From the dashboard menu, select Security Dashboard.

  2. Click Menu Profiles then in the search field, search for the menu profile assigned to the user applying filter e.g COREPORTAL_EMPLOYEE

  3. Click the three-dot icon then select Manage Menu Options.

  4. To filter the systems, click the filter icon.

  5. From the Filter By System dropdown menu, select all options.

  6. Click Apply then in the search field, search for the following menu options:

    • Native App: P45 MAIN_MENU.P45

    • Get person downloads PDF: WS_REPORTS_MENU.GET_PERSON_DOWNLOADS_PDF_ID

    • Get person - WS_REPORTS_MENU.GET_PERSON

  7. Turn on the toggle for the menu options above.

The PeopleXD App is supported on:

  • Apple iOS version 11.3 or higher

  • Android OS version 8.1 or higher
