Resend registration email

Steps to resend a registration email.

Resending a registration email involves sending the initial email again to users who may not have received or completed their registration. This process is necessary to ensure that all users have the opportunity to access their accounts and the related features.

To do this, follow the steps below.


Clear email log

To resend the registration email, follow the steps below in portal.

  1. From the dashboard menu, select Security.

  2. Click Self Registration.

  3. Under Self Registration Tools, beside Email log cleardown, click Open.

  4. Search for the relevant employee to resend the registration mail.

  5. Click Clear then click Save.


Create an account on demand

After clearing the email log, create an account on demand. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. From the dashboard menu, select Security.

  2. Click Self Registration.

  3. Under Self Registration Tools, beside Create accounts on demand, click Open.

  4. Click OK

A new email will be sent out with a link to the employee to log into portal.
