View and edit timesheets

Steps to view, edit or delete employees' timesheets in the current period.

Viewing and editing timesheets enables you to accurately track and record employee work hours. This functionality allows managers and payroll administrators to review submitted timesheets for accuracy, make necessary corrections, and ensure that all hours worked are properly accounted for.

Regularly reviewing and editing timesheets is essential for maintaining accuracy in payroll calculations and avoiding discrepancies in employee compensation.

To do this, follow the steps below in portal.

  1. Click Employee then in the search field, search for employee.

  2. Beside the relevant employee, click VIEW.

  3. Click the Timesheets Current Period then click the three-dot menu.

    ๐Ÿค“Tip: The Source/Reference field is useful to know what task or action generated each timesheet e.g. PAY290.

  4. Click Edit then update the necessary details.

    ๐Ÿ“ŒNote: Under the three dot icon, you can also maintain notes and delete timesheets if needed.

  5. Click OK then if required, you can add a new timesheet.

  6. Click SAVE.
