You may need to exclude a pay group from RTI returns if you process payroll but don't return the data to HMRC via RTI, possibly for non-UK pay groups or pay groups where you make RTI returns outside of PeopleXD.
⚠️Important: This is only available in UAT. For your LIVE environment, you will need to raise a new case online and reference this article.
To do this, follow the steps below in portal.
Click Settings.
Under UK Tax Rates heading click General.
Click RTI.
In the Select Details drop-down click Exclude Pay Groups.
For relevant pay group, turn on the Exclude toggle.
Click Save.
