Access button is your one place for everything you need from Access, including your PeopleXD dashboards as well as your other Access products.
To access your PeopleXD dashboards, click Access button. Then, from the Products section click the relevant icon to open it.
Quick Jump is still available for navigation to specific tabs and widgets across all available dashboards.
The dashboards available to users in Access Button is based on their security menu profile access.
PeopleXD navigation will depend on your Evo solution:
When PeopleXD is in a Workspace tab, clicking an XD dashboard will open it in a new Workspace tab. If you select a dashboard that is already open in a Workspace tab, then that existing tab will open, rather than launching a new tab.
When PeopleXD is outside a Workspace tab, clicking an XD dashboard will open the dashboard in the current browser tab.
If you use another Access product, for example Access Learning or Engage, clicking these Products from the Access Button will launch Workspace and the Product you select in a Workspace tab.
If you have a Workspace product like Access Learning or Engage open in Workspace, and you select a PeopleXD dashboard, PeopleXD will launch in a new browser tab outside of Workspace
