PeopleXD now reflects the new PRSI rates that will take effect on 1 October 2025. These rates were loaded into the system as part of minor release 28.0.122.
This update ensures compliance with upcoming regulatory changes and allows for accurate payroll processing. The rates are date-effective and have been preloaded into the system.
To review the updated rates, follow the steps below in Portal.
Click Settings then under Ireland Tax Rates, click PRSI Rates.
In the Year Number field, enter the year 2025.
To view rates, click either ASC or USC.
The system will display the PRSI rates for 2025, including a new line effective frm 01-Oct-2025.
In line with Revenue regulations, the PRSI rates applied need to correspond to the payment date. If a pay group's payment date doesn't align with its week end date, manual adjustments may be required to ensure the correct rates are used.
