As an employer, you control whether the Digital Employment Verification is active for your workforce using a system parameter in PeopleXD.
To do this, follow the steps in the relevant section below.
Enable integration
To enable the Digital Employment Verification, follow the steps below.
Click Site Manager, then click Admin Settings.
In the Search field, enter cp_emp_verification.
Click Edit, then enter Y.
Click OK.
Disable the integration
⚠️Important: Once you disable the integration, all corresponding employee data is deleted from the Access holding database. If you re-enable the integration, data is re-shared with the holding database.
To disable Digital Employment Verification for your PeopleXD instance, follow the steps below.
Click Site Manager, then click Admin Settings.
In the Search field, enter cp_emp_verification.
Click Edit, then enter N.
Click OK.
