To generate an ASC60A as part of processing your post year end ASC returns, follow the steps below in Portal.
Click Year End then next to the relevant company, click Manage.
Click Maintain Cumulatives.
From the Employee Reference drop-down list, select Employee Reference.
In the Year field, enter the relevant year then click Query.
Under Employee Master data, in ASC Form Type field, enter A.
At the bottom of the screen, click ASC.
To produce an ASC60A cert for the employee, click Amended ASC60 Cert.
On the next notification window, click OK.
To view the report, navigate to the report centre and open the PDF report.
View and download your ASC60As in your Employee Self Service Portal within the PRD Certs widget. The ASC60A will replace the ASC60 for the year to which it relates in the PRD60 Certs widget.
