You may need to amend an employee's ASC if there is a subsequent change to the figures provided on an ASC60. In this case, you should provide an amended ASC60.

To amend an employee’s ASC cumulative when processing year end ASC returns, update the cumulative figures for the relevant year.

To do this, follow the steps below in Portal.

📌Note: You need to manually calculate any ASC amendments.

  1. Click Year End then next to the relevant company, click Manage

  2. Click Maintain Cumulatives.

  3. From the Employee Reference drop-down list, select Employee Reference.

  4. Click Query then in the ASC Form Type field, enter A for amended.

  5. Click ASC then make the relative changes to the cumulative figures.

  6. If you received a Subsidiary Employment ASC60, follow step 7. If not, skip to step 8.

  7. Click Subsidiary Details then enter the relevant figures.

  8. Close the Additional Superannuation Contribution screen then click Save.
