To reverse a Complete Update job that was completed in error, a charge will be incurred.
Although it is technically possible to reverse this type of job, you should only consider it in extreme situations such as when a large number of employees either do not get paid or are paid incorrectly.
This option is available for critical cases, as it requires restoring the database to a previous point in time. This process will undo all changes made by the PeopleXD users since the update, including HR profile updates and the addition of new employees, up to the point of the backup.
Additionally, all payrolls ran after the Complete Update will also be rolled back.
📌Note: If only a small number of employees are affected, it’s advisable to address these issues manually rather than initiating a Complete Update reversal.
