If you have changed your IP address or need to add new ones to the whitelist, please contact our support team to reach out to the optimization services team. Please note that this request will incur a charge.
πNote: This must be done before adding the IP address under the Security dashboard in portal.
After whitelisting the IP address, follow the steps below.
From the dashboard menu, select Security then click System Overview.
Under Product Access Restriction Options, beside the Common product, click VIEW.
For a new entry, click ADD.
In the IP Address field, enter the full IP address then click OK.
To request IP address whitelisting in Back Office, please raise a new case and include the relevant public IP addresses. If you're sharing private IPs, kindly mask them as public IPs before sharing with us.
πNote: IP whitelisting in Back Office is handled by our Optimisation Services team and it incurs a charge.
