If a salary line with an effective date in the future has been added in error and you need to update or remove the incorrect salary line, complete a salary amendment with the same effective date as the incorrect entry.
The system will then ignore the incorrect line and use the latest salary added for this date.
For past effective dates: Only a salary amendment can correct the salary to ensure accurate pay.
For future effective dates: Our support team can delete the entry if necessary, but this is not the preferred option to avoid complications with future salary increases.
