Experian’s Work Report service will enable employees the option to consent to share their payroll information with another organisation digitally for a range of financial services, including mortgages.
Each time your employees initiate a credit application (e.g., credit card, mortgage etc) they will need to consent to Experian Work Report to access payroll data. Once your employees have consented, Experian Work Report can then access employee’s specific payroll data from PeopleXD Payroll.
Experian Work Report then passes the data to that single consumer service provider (e.g., a bank) on a transaction-by-transaction basis. As an employer and PeopleXD Payroll client, you control whether this feature is enabled for your employees or not.
Enable the integration
Customers have full control over whether to enable or disable this feature on their instance of People XD Payroll using a system parameter.
Click Site Manager then click Admin Settings.
In the Search field, enter the relevant parameter cp_emp_verification.
Click Edit then enter Y.
Click OK.
Automatically enabled for all UK Payroll customers.
The Experian Work report will be auto enabled for UK Payroll customers from 21st November 2023.
Customers can opt out of this enrolment by completing this opt out form before the 20th November 2023.
Disable the Experian Work report for PeopleXD
To disable the Experian Work report for PeopleXD, follow the steps below.
Click Site Manager then click Admin Settings.
In the Search field, enter the relevant parameter cp_emp_verification.
Click Edit then enter N.
Click OK.
