If you're in the public sector, before you process your payroll year end, you need to generate the ASC pre-year end data check report.
📌Note: In the ASC pre-year end data check report, you can only see details for employees in the pay groups you have access to.
To run the report, follow the steps below in Portal.
Click Year End then next to the relevant company, click Manage.
Click Pre Yearend Cleardown Data Check.
From the Company drop-down menu, select the relevant company.
Click ASC then click OK.
The ASC pre-year end data check report generates as a PDF in the Report Centre.
